I ADORE PLouise products, but this app is getting really frustrating. No matter what I click on it takes me to the "Dreamy & Creamy Lip Duo", meaning I can no longer shop on the app at all and have to use the browser version every single time. The app was helpful for browsing daily and checking out if things were on sale or being offered in bundles, but this tech issue is making it impossible to use. My review DOES NOT have anything to do with the actual products or shopping/delivery experience!

I love the Plouise app. I haven't had any technical issues with it, so far. Which is great. At first, I couldn't get the app for a while due to having Android. At the time, it was only available to Apple users. Thankfully they have changed it, so now all users can have the app 🥰

Edit: latest update deleted my entire wishlist! Are you freaking kidding me? The website works much better. Pros: - sometimes there are special offers - more out of stock products are shown and you can request to get notified if they come back - can add to wishlist from product page Cons: - ingredients list is absent - lagging scrolling and messy categories - wishlist and cart are not updated cross-platform - I have 3 different carts on desktop, mobile and app although I'm logged into all 3
